Nurses can choose from a variety of departments and units in which to practice. This includes the following departments:

You’ll have the opportunity to interview with any department or unit that has a current opening and piques your interest.

We’ll help you settle into your team with weekly orientation check-in meetings with the preceptor, director and education department liaison. If you’re a newly graduated RN, you’ll participate in the Nurse Success Residency Program during your first year on staff. This program features a monthly event to build skills and enhance knowledge, with presentations by subject-matter experts. These events are a great way to meet and build relationships with other first-year nurses from a variety of departments and units.
